  3. <hi style=afpcap>Rockwell B-1B Lancer of the 366th Wing "Gunfighters," Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, in flight. In a sense, the B-1B is a stealth bomber since its fuselage blends into its wing to create a low-drag shape. The B-1B's variable-sweep wing is kept at its least degree of sweep, or 15 degrees, for handling on the ground and during takeoff. The pilot sweeps the wing back to its maximum of more than 67 degrees (as shown) when the B-1B flies at high speed.</hi>
